Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This home was great! Everything was clean and tidy! The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to make meals. The bathrooms were very nice and remodeled. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well, which was super helpful. We would definitely rebook this property.

Overall, the interior of the unit is great, however, the outside porch is not well maintained, the deck needs pressure washing and there were several wasp and yellow jacket nests. The outdoor shower area was full of leaves so we did not use that entrance. The Unit is a short bike ride from beach access and all of the other amenities Palmetto Dunes has to offer. Great location and clean/updated and comfortable interior.

The house was perfect for two people but could accommodate more. The location is great! Close to shopping, grocery stores, gas, and the beach. Overall, I’m very pleased with the Home’s cleanliness, as well as its fully functional and equipped kitchen with all necessary tools to make your stay enjoyable. I also loved the serenity of its location. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful beach house away from home!
