Welcome to this newly renovated and fully equipped condo located on the 17th floor with the BEST view in Central Florida. Very spacious and cozy, it has a balcony where you can see the sunrise from Lake Bryan, or even space craft launches from the East coast. At the main building you can experience a private view of theme parks' fireworks. As part of The Blue Heron Beach Resort you can also enjoy all the amenities including pools, fitness center, game room, dock walkway deck and more.
The condo is perfect for a family of up to 5. All spaces have been fully renovated and styled with a modern look. This unit has everything you need to make you feel at home and have a pleasant stay.
*MASTER BEDROOM*
It has a queen bed with a closet space with hangers, and a smartTV (cable included).
It has a private bathroom with a spacious shower and it includes a hair dryer, toiletries and towels.
*SECOND BATHROOM *
It is located right along the hallway. It has a spacious countertop and shower. Toiletries and towels are included.
*HALLWAY*
Pretty small nook with futon, where you can just sit down and read a book or also adaptable to a single bed if needed.
*KITCHEN, LIVING & DINING ROOM*
This is an open concept space where the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors stand out by giving you breathtaking views of Lake Bryan. You can cook while you enjoy the beautiful Lakeview or have a quick breakfast on the bar top seating stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new small appliances, as well as everything you need such as silverware, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, bowls, cups, Tupperware. It has a two sided refrigerator, microwave, an electric stove and oven, and a dishwasher. The sink also has a food disposal button. It also includes a Keurig automatic coffee machine.
The dining and living room are in front of each other along the open space. The dining room includes a rounded modern glass table with 3 seats. Perfectly located for you to have an amazing view while dining.
*QUEEN BED @ LIVING ROOM*
The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa, which if needed it converts to a queen bed. It also gives you a wonderful experience to wake up with a priceless view of the lake.
There are some boardgames that are included for you to have some relax recreational time. There's also a smartTV (cable included) and a bluetooth AM/FM radio-speaker. Next to it are the sliding glass doors that lead you to a private balcony.
*BALCONY*
The most calm and unique place of this unit, where you're going to see the most stunning views of the sunrise at Lake Bryan from the 17th floor. Or just enjoy looking at the water sports. If you are lucky with the date, you might also see the space rocket launches from the East coast.
*LAUNDRY*
Along the hallway there is a door where you can find a washer and dryer for your convenience.
*RESORT ACCESS*
Guests will have full access to the Resort's amenities.
For your convenience, a trash chute is located on each floor behind the single elevator. Please dispose of your trash (in a secured bag) there.

We enjoyed our stay completely. We found the unit to be neat & clean with a minimalist, more modern and tasteful approach to furnishings and decorating which we prefer vs. clutter and a dated look. Furniture was comfortable and all in very good condition. Appliances we used (small & large) all worked efficiently. All utilities worked well. The kitchen was very well appointed from silverware/utensils, dishware, bakeware to pots & pans and then some. The unit was very quiet, relaxing and offered a nice view of the lake and also pretty sunrises for the early bird...just what we wanted after time at the parks. The check-in process was smooth - no issues. Unit appeared as advertised and was conveniently located to the parks and attractions. The overall complex and the grounds were well maintained, clean and quiet. Liked that the property offered garage parking as well as outdoor parking. We would highly recommend this unit and give it a 5-star rating.
