About this apartment rental
The Looshaus is located at the highest point of the Weerberg, at 1,270 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the forest. Absolute peace and quiet is therefore guaranteed! A breathtaking view of the Inn Valley, the magnificent Karwendel Mountains, and the Tux Alps awaits you when you step out onto the 30-square-meter terrace of the attic apartment. The vacation apartment, with an area of approximately 50 m², is suitable for 2 to a maximum of 4 people.
In winter, the ski slope runs right past the house. This allows for carefree skiing—step right out of the house, slip into your ski boots, and head out—whether on the slopes or on an adventurous ski tour! Sledding enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy. There are two natural toboggan runs in the immediate vicinity to choose from. Toboggans are provided free of charge.
If you’d like to explore the Weerberg when there’s no snow, you’ll find wonderful hiking and mountain biking opportunities in the beautiful natural surroundings for all ages. Upon request, the hostess will be happy to accompany you on your hikes.

The attic apartment is a self-contained unit featuring a kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom (2 beds) with satellite TV and a pull-out sofa bed, a bathroom with a soaking tub, a toilet, and a large south-facing balcony.
A small storage room is located right outside the apartment (equipped with items ranging from a vacuum cleaner to shoe-polishing supplies, as well as refills of toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
The apartment is simply but functionally furnished, and the kitchen is well-equipped.
On-site costs: The price includes bed linens, towels, and dish towels in sufficient quantities. You’ll find a vacuum cleaner, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, the most essential spices, and a small selection of cleaning supplies.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
