We’re not connected to any large ski resort. We don’t have entertainment parks, like those found on many of our mountain peaks, or après-ski activities. There’s no direct, high-speed transportation infrastructure, no traffic jams, and no schedule—move around however YOU want; that’s true freedom.
We don’t have a PlayStation or Xbox, but right behind our house, we have the forest—arguably the largest, most versatile, and most creative playground there is, for young and old alike.

WE HAVE NATURE
And everything you need to relax—we’re secluded yet centrally located. Here, children can still just be kids.

We don’t guarantee good weather, because nature reveals itself in all its forms here. Even in “bad weather,” immerse yourself in the mystical atmosphere of the mountains. Sit back and watch the mist drift by, or use your time in the forest for a walk—perhaps to look for berries and mushrooms. You certainly won’t regret it—these are memories that will last a lifetime.
When the weather is nice, enjoy the sunset in the garden until the sun hides behind the mountains of the Karwendel Range and the impressive mountain silhouette is lit from behind.
