About this farm stay rental
Welcome to our beautifully renovated farmhouse on the east side of Springdale, nestled on a family farm surrounded by the serene beauty of horses and the White River. This isn't just another house; it's a refined retreat with modern amenities, offering a cozy and tranquil escape while conveniently close to Fayetteville, Rogers, and Bentonville. Experience the best of both worlds – the charm of the countryside and the accessibility to nearby attractions. Your finer place to stay awaits!
There is no lake access from this property!
Unfortunately our property has had to go from "instant book" to "24 hour review" for bookings, due to a few guests who misrepresented themselves and abused our trust. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
The space
Carol’s retreat is just shy of 5000 sqft and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 living areas, 4 dining areas and a utility room. Outdoor spaces include wrap around yard and features a south patio with amazing daytime views and a fire pit for the evening.
Guest access
Guests must stay inside the yard fences. Guests will not have access to the garage or the basement area at this time. Those doors will be locked. There is an out building on the premises which is also restricted from access.
Other things to note
You will be surrounded by beautiful views and livestock! We are directly across the river from Cedar Bluff.
A pair of eagles are nesting in a tree nearby so bring your binoculars and watch as they care for their young from late February through the end of June.
The month of June will feature amazing flowerbeds full of daylilies and treat for any flower lover.
There are two blink cameras installed on the outside of the home. One is at the front door, the other is on the south patio close to the door. Once you have checked in I will turn off the south patio camera.

19 miles from XNA (airport) in Highfill
16 miles to Chrystal Bridges Museum in Bentonville
15 miles from Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville
2.4 miles from Don Roufa Beaver Lake access if you are bringing a boat for lake activities.
45 minutes from Eureka Springs
3 miles from a Dollar General in either direction both east and west on 412.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is big and comfortable (especially the beds), and you can feel the love of family that originally occupied the house. The property itself was absolutely stunning with beautiful flower gardens, magestic horses (& because it was spring time all the baby horses), and views for days. The owner was very responsive and friendly and she even left a beautiful flower bouquet for my graduating Razorback, which was so thoughtful. We will book this property again without hesitation.
