Overall the stay was nice, the property was clean and slept everyone comfortably, and the communication with the property manager/owner was on point and helpful. I would say though, if you’re wanting to stay in NJ for a cheaper price try closer to Hoboken or in Hoboken instead, just because it’s more convenient for public transportation to and from the city. This place is conveniently located to a train station which helped. Now why not 5 stars?? Because when you think everything went great and you’re done with the trip and spending money on it! This property manager/owner hits you with a ridiculous 70 charge for soiled towels and sheets! They were normal use towels and sheets!! Don’t charge us a stupid 70 charge for something you’re going to wash anyway!! This put a sour taste on something that was actually a great experience so sad!!

Brand new unit and very clean. The beds were very comfortable! I had a minor issue with the shower temperature and the property manager sent someone over and took care of it right away. Just wish the kitchen had more cooking tools, utensils etc, and more towels. The kitchen had the bare minimum to cook if you plan on cooking during your stay.

The place is new and spacious. It's close to the train station with it only a 4 min ride to Port Imperial which makes getting in and out of NYC easy. The host was responsive and immediately corrected a small issue we had. Would stay again 1000%

We were three retired senior couples spending 4 days in the New York area after a cruise. Angie was great to work with, we really appreciated the early checkin. The property had everything listed and was just what we needed. We used Uber, the buses and subway to get around New York. We would gladly stay here again when we are back to New York City.
