Had an amazing stay. Clean and very convenient to town. Parked the car and never used it everything was within walking distance. Only suggestion would be a door stop on the wall by the bathroom in the bedroom. The door opens easily and afraid it's going to hit the wall and damage it. Have recommended to friends. Thank you for a great stay

This property was just as described and the hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating with answering questions. The property was comfortable, extremely clean, and nicely decorated including quality linens and towels. The location is central for walking to either side of the harbor. The guest handbook came in quite handy for finding dining referrals and miscellaneous house instructions. I highly recommend this property and these hosts as I am sure their others are as well kept. Stayed four nights September 2024.

Easy walking access to everything in Boothbay Harbor. Clean and comfortable place to stay. A little close top traffic on the main road and more traffic noise than expected.
Would return and would also like to bring more people to stay on the same property in the other buildings.

A very comfortable, spacious and clean property. It's simply decorated and had everything we needed in the kitchenette. Bed was super comfy. Definitely within walking distance to everything. Park your car behind the property and walk everywhere! Only draw back is limited space for clothing. Although there is a good size closet to hang clothes there is no space for other articles of clothing. I would suggest offering your guests a 2 to 4 drawer bureau that could be placed where the ottoman is located in the bedroom. Other than that, it was Perfect and we will book again.
