This elegant residence, recently built, is situated in Sant'Andrea, a hamlet of Marciana one of the most charming places of the Island. A place far away from traffic and noises, where you can swimm in crystal clear waters or walk along ancient, spectacular footpaths among unspoilt flora and fauna.
This residential block lies in a quite private ground overlooking the enchanting bay of Sant'Andrea and a few steps away from the beach, reachable thanks to a path through citrus trees and grapevines.
A special care was reserved to the furnishings which are all of great quality and design and also given to the outside evening lighting realized with the newest Led techonologies which guarantee low-light pollution allowing one to admire the night sky comfortably stretched out on a sunbed by the swimmingpool.
The three-room apartment consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, living room with kitchenette and pull-out sofa bed and two bathrooms with shower cubicle. It has a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, air conditioning and a safe. A beautiful terrace, equipped with table and chairs, overlooks the bay of Capo Sant'Andrea and the property's private swimming pool.
