Indulge in a restful sleep on the double beds adorned with hotel-quality linen, and refresh yourself in the pristine bathroom featuring a spacious shower cabin.
The kitchen invites culinary exploration, complete with all the essentials, and the dining area comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests for memorable meals together.
Rest assured, our professional cleaning team ensures a pristine space for your arrival, and we provide complimentary towels and toiletries for your convenience.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your checkout, you will be charged 100 GBP.
- Please respect the neighbours and don't play loud music or TV after 10 pm.
- Please respect my place and treat it as your own - I'm sure you will have a great stay here!
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
