You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Check-in time is at 3 pm, but due to the large size of the property and time, it takes to clean I might ask you to check-in after 6 pm if there are other guests checking out on the same day. Bag-drop will be available from 3 pm or earlier, please message for details and I will be happy to find a solution for you.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £100 per hour.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

Loved the location to Hyde park. Wanted to clarify that this is a BASEMENT apartment, I do not remember seeing that in the listing. There were only two extremely thin pillows for the bed, so I would suggest bringing your own if you can. There also was the two in one shampoo/conditioner so again would bring your own. The air freshener in the Bathroom was overwhelming so I put it in a cupboard. Other than that, we loved the space of the apartment and it was perfect for two people for 3 nights!
