Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: - a very bright kitchen opening onto a living/dining room (pellet stove included) extending into a veranda with sea view - a toilet with laundry room - a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and an adjoining private bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) with a skylight overlooking the sea Upstairs: - a sea-view bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and an adjoining private bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) Outside, south-facing: a large terrace with a relaxation area, garden furniture, and a plancha grill, a dome-covered, heated swimming pool (7x3.25 m, depth 1.4 m), and a gravelled parking area with access to a Green Up electrical outlet for vehicles (€50/week for electric vehicles; €20/week for hybrid vehicles, payable on site). North side: 650 m² of long, sea-facing land, currently being landscaped, with garden furniture and barbecue. Accommodation reserved for leisure guests. We immediately fell for this typical country house, very well renovated - from the ground to the roof - with a new extension and its south-facing terrace in the middle of which sits the swimming pool. Decorative touches and furnishings from gallery owners and antique dealers, a heated north-facing veranda area with full sea view, all in the middle of market gardens. A successful contrast between the sophisticated South side and the wild North side. It's the perfect little Breton rental for a vacation at any time of the year! The very authentic village of Pleubian is 1.5 km away with all its small shops. The numerous beaches on either side of the rental will delight you. Why not go there on foot via the GR34 coastal path which is 600 m away... but also towards the famous Sillon de Talbert via the Semaphore of Crec'h Maout and its splendid view. If you want to get out of this wild peninsula, you are 13 km from Tréguier and 18 km from Paimpol, towns to discover!
