You are looking for a place in the heart of Charente-Maritime allowing you to visit our wonderful region (La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Fouras, Fort Boyard, Ile d'Aix...),
Come and spend a few days in the Hippocampes cottage.
You can discover the small picturesque village of Saint Germain de Marencennes, in the commune of St-Pierre-la-Noue.

House on 2 levels, sleeps 9 max on about 80 m².
Description of the cottage :
First floor:
- Kitchen - dining room, electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Senseo, table and 10 chairs, washing machine, TV.
- a bedroom, a bed of 140 and a folding bed of 90.
- Bathroom with shower with toilet, heated towel rail.
Floor:
- First bedroom (1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90 bunk beds)
- Second bedroom (1 bed of 140, folding baby bed, high chair)
Additional equipment:
- Garden furniture - 2 outdoor tables with chairs - 2 relax chairs - Vacuum cleaner - Hairdryer, board games, beach games,
During school holidays: Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday:
July/August and school holidays: 630 €/week
Outside school holidays: 75 €/ night
Rental conditions: - Deposit: 50% at the time of booking.
Payment of the balance 7 days before the date of arrival.
Deposit 300 € - Sheets and towels Not included –
The flat-rate cleaning fee is 60 € see conditions with the owner.
Non-smoking accommodation except outside. Pets not allowed.
Vehicle parking not allowed in the courtyard, free public parking in front of the cottage.
