About this house rental
BEAUTIFUL remodeled furnished house at Lake Linda in highly desirable location in a residential neighborhood and located close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Spacious 2-bedroom house completely remodeled with new kitchen, bathroom, windows, doors, luxury VPF floors, and light fixtures. Excellent quality furnishings and a kitchen equipped with everything you need: new stainless pots and pans, glassware, plates, bowls, eating and serving utensils, cutting board, various spices, coffee maker, hot water kettle, etc. Just bring your food, and everything else is provided for. New high-quality kitchen cabinets (with soft-close doors and drawers), new dishwasher, all stainless-steel appliances, full-size refrigerator and range-oven, microwave. Breakfast bar and separate dining table. You’ll enjoy city water (no well water) plus a deluxe 4-filter reverse-osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen for the purest water you can find!
Living room has leather sofa, side table with lamp, large L.E.D. T.V. with sound-bar on a TV stand. House is light and bright with many large windows bringing in natural light. Windows have insulated room-darkening curtains or blinds (or both). Completely remodeled bathroom with new walk-in shower, “waterfall” faucet and ample towels provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and hand-soap. Washer/dryer available.
Master bedroom has a new queen-size bed with luxurious plush mattress and room darkening curtains, and two full-sized closets. The second bedroom has a twin bed and desk with lamp, chair, and some basic office supplies (stapler, tape, paper clips, notepad, post-it-notes).
Outdoors you’ll enjoy your own private oasis with a large attached 300 sq ft concrete patio, partially covered, fenced, and shaded, with patio furniture and a BBQ gas grill for your use. There is plenty of space between your house and your neighbor, so you’ll enjoy quiet (no noisy tenants living above you, like in an apartment or condo!) Stroll along the waterfront at the lakeshore, or enjoy relaxing or fishing on the large pier. There are plenty of fish for you to catch in this spring-fed lake (fishing poles available upon request).
Free internet provided. An electric golf cart is available to rent weekly (from nearby golf cart rental companies), if desired to travel to nearby Lake Como Resort or Paradise Lakes. Animals are NOT permitted in this furnished house. However, pets are permitted (with some breed and size restrictions) in our other unfurnished rental houses, and in new manufactured homes available for sale here at Estates on Lake Linda. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm – 9:00 am. No parties or overnight visitors. Absolutely no smoking inside the home (the house is extremely clean, and any odors are unacceptable.) Background checks on all residents with residency subject to approval. Discounted summer rate is only $56 per night. Winter rates are higher ($66/night Jan - Mar). Please let us know of any special needs, as we like to accommodate our guests! We want this to be a great living experience for you, and we strive to make you feel very happy and comfortable.

Though a trailer home and located in a trailer residential area, it met our needs perfectly. The inside of the house seemed newly renovated and was in very good taste. The kitchen and Living room was very nice and the bathroom had nice hot water and no smell as compared to other places we have stayed. Denise went above and beyond to meet us when we arrived and gave us a detailed orientation of the place and also the neighborhood. The lake is about 2 mins walk away from the house and we went there often. Overall, very satisfied!!

Was very surprised to find that the stay was in a mobile home, not a house as the listing stated. The trailer was comfortable, though, and thoughtfully appointed and very clean. It's a walk to get to the lake view pictured in the listing. The grounds are rough currently and you have to walk through dirt to get to the door from your car, and also to get to the laundry at the neighboring trailer, and to take the trash to the dumpster. When it rained, my shoes were muddied. I used a wash cloth to remove the dirt from my shoes, not realizing that it would stain, and received an unnecessarily aggressive note about it after my stay, as well as a charge. I'm fine with the charge. Everyone I encountered at the mobile home park was friendly and it was quiet, which was nice.

Great location, just what was needed. The inside was like new and very comfortable. The property Mgr. was great to work with. Definitely will stay again!!
