Located on the 2nd floor of 2, not overlooked, west facing, in the residence "golden grapes" our apartment offers you:
- Electric gate to enter the residence
- Private parking space
- Swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-September
- Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle
- Living room with 81 cm flat screen TV + sofa bed for 2 people
- Balcony with garden furniture, electric plancha and parasol
- Dining area with standing table and 5 stools
- Separate bedroom with 2 bunk beds + in the 3rd bed a lounge chair for toddlers + dressing room
- Bathroom with shower cubicle + toilet, hairdryer
- Washing machine and iron
- Baby high chair
- Baby cot
The apartment is located at the foot of the Colline Saint-Martin.

Minimum reservation of 2 nights out of season and school holidays and 1 week in season and during school holidays.
A deposit of €500 is required by cheque. The deposit will be returned at the end of the rental, except in the event of damage.
A deposit of 50€ in check is required for cleaning. The deposit will be returned at the end of the rental, unless we consider that the cleaning has not been done.
Small pets allowed on request.
Rental declared at the town hall. A rental contract will be drawn up for you, possibility of providing you with an invoice.
A deposit of 40% will be required at the time of booking, the balance will be paid 15 days before the stay.

* School holiday weeks outside July and August are €350
* 70 € per night with a minimum of 2 nights.

• From 29/06 to 06/07: 500 € per week
• From 06/07 to 03/08 : 600 € per week
• From 03/08 to 24/08: 650 € per week
• From 24/08 to 31/08: 600 € per week
• From 31/08 to 28/09: 500 € per week
