There is even a private garage for your car and a wallbox for your electric car on the completely fenced property. You can use two bicycles free of charge. Enjoy the sea view at sunset from your balcony - or experience sociable evenings on the large roof terrace. No youth groups under 25 allowed. Medulin Location Posesi: Villa with sea views – just 150 meters from the sea (wild beaches). The popular beaches Belvedere and Alba Chiara are a further 200 m away, you walk along the sea to the right. Camp Kazela with many great attractions is also just another 50 m away if you walk left along the sea. Near the Hotel Belvedere (approx. 200-250m to the right) you will find many attractions, such as tennis courts, bocca courts, beach volleyball, mini golf, water inflatables, beach bar, parasailing, water skiing and much more... All hotel beaches in Medulin and the freshwater showers can be used free of charge. To get to the Lunapark on foot or to the harbor promenade for shopping, simply walk along the beach promenade towards the harbor (approx. 1.5-2 km) or drive by car (5 minutes). The nearest supermarket is approx. 1.3 km (4 minutes by car) away.
