Family villa in the heart of South Corsica, in the small village of Pianottoli-Caldarello and 2 minutes walk from the beach.
With its 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + outdoor shower, the villa is ideal for 1 or 2 families in an exceptional environment: the land is wooded with a neat and authentic maquis (rock, cabin) and a magnificent garden (lawn, laurels...)
The accommodation
The living area is surrounded by a large main terrace and other terraces with several spaces, each with garden furniture and a large table for dining.
The cousin is very well equipped (example: 2 fridges and 1 freezer) and its laundry room has a washing machine, as well as a Weber gas barbecue

The house is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by nature, 8 minutes walk from the beach of Chevano (or 3 minutes by car) and 5 minutes by car from the village of Pianottoli-Caldarello.
The airport is also a 15-minute drive away and the city of Bonifacio is a 20-minute drive away.
The house has a space in the garden that can accommodate several cars.
