Welcome to "Serenity Now Beach House!" This large, beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beach home is only minutes from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald coast, and located just down the street from the community pool! You will love riding to the beach in the FREE 6 seater golf cart that is included with your rental of this home!
By reserving this property, you also receive a credit to be used toward beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bike rentals, beach chairs, beach chair/umbrella set-up, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! As if that wasn't enough, while staying at "Serenity Now Beach House" you are only minutes away from 30A's newest beach access and right down the street from, "Stinky's," a locals favorite restaurant.
This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A in the popular family friendly neighborhood of, "Serenity at Dune Allen." The neighborhood is situated directly across from the brand new public beach access, which is equipped with plenty of parking, nice new bathrooms, and a large ramp all the way down to the sand. It is minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place, so it is an easy golf cart ride away, and close enough to take a bike ride down 30A to get your morning cup of Joe from, "Sunrise Coffee." You, and your family is sure to fall in love with all that this gorgeous home has to offer! Decorated for calming beach house comfort, and welcoming solace for a family to enjoy.
The first floor open concept is a perfect place to hang with all the family and be sure that everyone is included. The kitchen offers beautiful granite counter-tops with stainless appliances, a dining table with seating for 6 guests, and an additional 3 seats at the kitchen island. Off of the kitchen is a Master Suite, complete with a king bed and a large master bathroom, with double sinks, and a large walk-in shower. Also on the first level of the home is a half bath off the hallway, as well as a laundry room for your use.
The second floor retains 3 additional bedrooms, as well as a large second living area!! This large second floor bonus room is complete with a large flat screen tv, foosball table, game table, bar area, and a covered balcony! This large second space will provide your family plenty of room for everyone to spread out during your week together! There are two additional king suites located on this floor, that share a Jack and Jill bathroom, as well as an additional bunk room. This bunk room includes a twin over queen with twin trundle bed. Additionally, through the hallway, there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, making it the ideal space to get those kiddos cleaned up after a warm vacation day!
After a long day at the beach, feel free to rinse off and leave the sand behind by using the outdoor shower located on the side of the home. If you still haven't had enough time outside for the day, you can enjoy one of the homes 3 outdoor areas! The large screened in front porch displays a sectional, a rocking chair, and a flat screen tv. You can also enjoy the salty air and sunshine on the homes back porch, or balcony off the 2nd floor.
During your stay at Serenity Now Beach House, you can enjoy spending your days on the white sandy beaches and Emerald Coast, lounging by the community pool, or enjoying your family time together inside this beautiful beach home! Everything was great! Plenty of room for our family without feeling crowded. The home was beautiful, and well equipped with things we needed for our stay (especially kitchen wise). The outdoor grill didn’t seem to work as well but we made do. The golf cart was a major plus for trips to the beach, and the area was nice & quiet. It’s was an over all great week for our family!!

I really enjoyed staying at this house for our beach trip. The house was cozy and so well decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. The golf cart made it so easy to be able to take everything you need with you to the beach. The beach was beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again.

We are not sure if this is where we leave this type of review, but we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. The cleaning service must have only did a basic swipe through cleaning. We found dirty socks behind one of the living room chairs, and found so much dirt on the counters, furniture and other surfaces. The rugs in the living room and master bedroom downstairs were disgusting. A new vacuum was dropped off for us, as the one there didn’t work. We ran it and had to empty the canister within a couple minutes, so much grime and filth was picked up. We did not feel comfortable having our grandkids play on the floor or on that rug in the living room. It was apparent the cushions were not lifted to clean, as we found coasters and other things in the chairs. We realize it’s a home near a beach and you will have the constant sand tracking in, but this was so much more than sand. We took the base off of the ice make to wipe it, and it had a ring of mold all the way around it. We cleaned it off, but again, it was apparent this type of deeper cleaning is not done. The home is a decent home, but it also appears to need some basic upgrades. The bushes out front need trimmed down, and overall it just didn’t have the appearance of a well kept up rental home, as a lot of the others near and around it did. We hope these suggestions and comments will help in the future.Steven Dulakis and family
