We stayed at this property Friday-Sunday for a volleyball tournament my daughter & her team were playing in nearby at the Jackson Convention Center. The neighborhood was just ok, but there was plenty of external lighting outside. Positives: The house was clean & nicely decorated. You could tell it had been recently remodeled. They did a good job. There were smart TVs in each room & keypad locks on all the doors. Cons: Supplying some basic essentials would be nice. There were not enough towels or wash clothes (4 towels & 2 wash cloths for 3 adults & 2 teens). We even reached out to property management & asked for more. They brought 4 more towels but only 2 more wash clothes. Umm...still not enough for everyone to have their own wash cloth. Also, both shower heads are rainfall showers - only. Not the greatest if you need to wash your hair. The shower in the master bathroom was warm at best (NOT hot), even when turned to the highest setting. Also, there is a coffee pot & a canister for coffee, but there was NO coffee. Also, since there was a washer & dryer, it would have been nice if there was a small container of detergent or a few pods. Lastly, we were asked to take out the trash, load the dishwasher & start it before we left. Fine, not a problem. We did so. We were also asked to strip the beds before we left. We did not. I am not paying 85 for a cleaning fee & another 125 plus for a service charge to clean the house when we leave.

Incredible remodel! The home was very thoughtfully designed. Everything was exactly as pictured. Definitely recommend.
Pros: Very clean. Newly renovated. Everything was new and in perfect condition. Well stocked kitchen. Free snacks were a plus! Very close to JSU and easy access to the main highways to get around the city and into the local suburbs. The neighborhood was quiet and typical of any city block. Security system was great.
Cons: Outlet nearest bed in primary bedroom inaccessible due to bed placement. Towels were new, and needed a first wash. There were no hand towels. Only a rainhead in shower in primary bath...not ideal. There were no light bulbs in the lamps so we purchased a few.
Overall, excellent property.
