About this house rental
This quintessential Southern retreat is located in the the historic Belhaven neighborhood. It is one block from Milsaps College and a short distance from Belhaven University. The Jackson hospitals of UMMC, VA Hospital, MS Baptist, St Dominics and Methodist Rehab are almost within walking distance (1-3 miles). The state capitol, state agency office HQ's and multiple museums are easily accessible. The Fondren entertainment district is also a short distance away. This is a quiet neighborhood featuring sidewalks and old growth trees and manicured lawns. All the homes are decades old and well maintained. Every home has a unique character, especially, this one.

We loved the house! But there was a very bad storm and a tree fell on the power lines and air conditioner so we had to move out after 4 days. The property manager was great! He was there immediately when we called. We hated to have to move, but it was not his fault!

Charming property with lots of space to spread out. Owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!
