Imagine lazy afternoons spent on the porch in rocking chairs, listening to the gentle chirping of shore birds.
Rest and recharge in one of our three bedrooms, each designed for ultimate relaxation. Plush beds draped in crisp linens promise peaceful slumber. The primary bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom with a soaking tub overlooking the marsh and back deck access for a touch of spa-like luxury. The second bedroom has a queen bed and back porch access. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is close to a full bathroom in the hallway.
But the real highlight of this home is the breathtaking views from the crow's nest. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

The house had everything we needed for our time at the beach. We enjoyed cooking there most nights and spent our days at the beach.

We have been coming to Folly for years, and I have always wanted to stay at this end of the island. The location on the marsh did not disappoint, with beautiful sunsets and views of both the marsh and the ocean from the rooftop deck. Both larger bedrooms have marsh views as well, which we really enjoyed.As mentioned in previous reviews, the kitchen in this home is VERY well stocked for cooking - including a new gas range. More than enough dishes/cups/serving pieces/utensils/etc. Probably more than I have at home! Though it was just me and my daughter, the central kitchen/living room area would suit a small family as well. Having two bathrooms was nice - we usually rent a smaller place, and I enjoyed having my own space. The view from the bathtub in the master is wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were great. There is a newer tankless hot water heater with the thermostat right in the master - nice for filling the big tub.As previous reviews have mentioned, this is a very cute/quaint older home, and though it has some recent improvements, it shows its age in places, and renovations done many years ago are needing some attention. I don't know that these things would keep me from staying here again - we loved the kitchen, the views, proximity to two beach access points and the lighthouse preserve. And the rental company was very responsive when we had an urgent issue

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “Coastal Treasure”. My husband and I are both from the Charleston area and we frequently bring our kids back from our home in Atlanta. We spent so much time on the dock and going to the beach. This house offers the perfect combination of both. I highly recommend this house!

Multiple scratches from multiple unsafe kitchen chairs missing trim and exposing nails!Loss of AC for multiple days!Loss of internet for most of our stay!No screens on any windows to allow fresh air during loss of AC!Poor quality of bed mattresses made sleeping difficult!Aging wear and tear of property lacking general investment of any updates!Good thing you have location
