Welcome to Sea Glass. Located in the 300 Ocean Mile community on the East End, just steps away from the beach and the state park. Multiple upgrades including new electric stove, dishwasher, under sink water filter, living room and dining room furniture. New interior doors and rooms have been freshly painted. Fully equipped kitchen with a stackable washer and dryer located inside the unit. Luxury king-sized bed in the bedroom and queen-sized pullout sofa bed in the living room. One bathroom and an outdoor shower at the unit entrance. Beautifully landscaped beachside community with two pools. Park-style charcoal grills available in the pool area. Sand chairs and umbrellas available for guest use. Pet friendly with no extra pet fees (2 dogs max, no size limit.)

This place is perfectly located near the beach AND the state park. In five minutes of beach walking, you can be on a beach by yourself with zero buildings. You can even drive into the park and explore the wilderness. It is a rare treat to walk on a beach with no development or people. It is super clean as well. Everyone we met was super laid back. We have stayed on 30a in Seaside many times, but this place was a notch above that in many ways. The beach is bigger, the people are great (no influencers taking selfies all over the place) and it just feels "real". Highly recommend to anyone wanting a beach vacation the way it would have been 40 years ago. Just a few places to eat. A small grocery store. And solitude. Wonderful place and we will be back!

We had the most wonderful and "Sea Glass" and the surf fishing from the beach was excellent! Looking forward to our next visit in November.
