IT PROVIDES SOME OF THE BEST VALUE ON THE ISLAND AS IT IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE BEACH ACCESS ON 8TH STREET. YOU CAN SWIM IN THE GULF AND ENJOY THE PRISTINE SAND OF ST GEORGE OR SWIM IN THE POOL, IT HAS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. THE COTTAGES ARE ABOUT A 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE CENTER OF THE ISLAND WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY RESTAURANTS, BARS, SHOPPING, AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU CAN FIND. My daughters and I had a wonderful stay! Both the property owner and the property manager were responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with. We also enjoyed that the walkway to the beach was right in front of the rental. This was a great, affordable find.

Property was fine and as advertised. The only problem was water heater sucked. We could never take a bath or shower back to back. Or take a nice bath. Always ran out of hot water very quickly . Otherwise would recommend.
