Welcome to this charming coastal retreat on the picturesque shores of Pensacola Beach. Nestled in a serene setting, one street from the beach, this newly constructed 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home embodies the essence of coastal living with its modern comforts and beachside appeal.
Step inside to discover a spacious retreat that has been thoughtfully designed with relaxation in mind. The home boasts modern amenities and tasteful décor throughout ensuring a memorable stay for all.
The master bedroom beckons with a luxurious king bed and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and soaking tub providing the perfect oasis for unwinding after a day in the sun. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the second bedroom, a full bed in the third bedroom, and two twin over twin bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. The second full bath also contains a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.
Gather together in the heart of the home – the kitchen – where a large island with bar stools offers the perfect spot for casual dining or socializing. High-end appliances include a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, beverage refrigerator, and countertop air fryer. A spacious dining table seating 8 and island seating 5 provide ample space for family meals. The laundry room contains full size washer and dryer, deep sink, and ice machine.
After a day of beach fun, retreat to the spacious living room complete with a large flat screen TV and an electric fireplace featuring several color options, perfect for cozy evenings in. Stylish new blinds add a touch of comfort and privacy, making this space even more inviting.
Outside, the delights of coastal living await. The front porch has rocking chairs for enjoying evening sunsets while the large covered deck with ceiling fans has a dining table for enjoying an outside meal. This home has everything you could ever ask for. A perfect location, an excellent and beautiful interior, every luxury you can think of. The home was welcoming, The check-in was a breeze, the management company was very professional, and you are just minutes from anywhere you wanted to go on the island. I would definitely stay at this property anytime I visit Pensacola Florida.

Very nice house. Super clean! It had just about everything we would have needed. Beach towels would have been helpful since they take so much room to pack for the flight. My son and his friend enjoyed the bikes and a quick 4 min walk to the beach. We paid a service and had chairs set up daily. House is off a main road but you cant hear the traffic inside. Would highly recommend this place.

When we first arrived, I wanted to check out the home to make sure it was as described on the website. Let me first give the pros and cons about the home.PROS: The home was very clean. I am a stickler about cleanliness, and it definitely passed the test. The owner was well stocked with everything you would need to have a great vacation at the beach. I am a big review person so I read them all to determine where I will stay. One review for this property talked about the home not having a hair dryer and the first thing I saw when looked in a drawer was a hair dryer so, I know the owners are listening and care about their client's request. The location was perfect (not too far but close to all of the happenings on Pensacola beach, just perfect. The home decor was well thought out and perfect for people coming in and out for their vacation (no carpet & not a lot of cloth furniture, just perfect.) We had a total of 8 people and they thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was very comfortable. CONS: The house had an elevator that would have been perfect for bringing up luggage. Also, the stairs was a bit much for my 86 year old mother who had to come up and down them every time we went out. I called PBH to ask them to come and unlock the elevator so that my mother could use it, they promised to send someone the next day but no one ever came. I can understand not wanting kids to play on the elevators because they are very expensive to fix however, we were not traveling with children. Whatever their reasoning was for not granting our request was a bit disappointing. There were no blinds in the common areas which made it a bit uncomfortable at night. It would have been nice to have the option to open and close them at our leisure.Overall, the stay at this property was a good one and I would definitely book here again.
