My family’s stay in Ostia began with a very easy taxi ride from the airport in Rome. Once we arrived, we were warmly greeted by our host, Cinzia. Prior to our arrival, Cinzia was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions we had. After introductions, we were given a full review of the property along with many helpful suggestions for shopping and dining nearby. There were exceptional cafés, bars, and restaurants to choose from, all within easy walking distance.We also had the opportunity to visit Ostia Antica, a historically significant site in Italy that feels especially authentic and is visited mostly by locals and fortunate travelers from abroad. We utilized the local train for our return trip back to Ostia and again found everything very easy, from purchasing tickets to being dropped off within walking distance of the property. The property itself felt very safe and secure, and the other residents were kind and helpful. The close proximity to the beach was also extremely convenient.Checking out was seamless, and our deposit was returned on the day of departure. Thank you, Cinzia, for a wonderful stay.
