The property sits on 13 acres and was completely renovated in 2023. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch rocking chairs or wind down in the evening enjoy a nice glass of wine and watch shooting stars from the hot tub. Centrally located equal distance between Louisville & Lexington. Frankfort and surrounding areas have so much to explore.

Host went the extra mile to make our stay amazing! We had a fully stocked kitchen with regards cookware & utensils, ground coffee & pods for the coffee maker, & a nice assortment of snacks. The beds were very comfortable & bathrooms were stocked with necessary amenities. AC also worked great! Would definitely stay here again! The only negatives (in my opinion) was being so far out of town and no blackout shades in bedrooms (it gets super bright in the morning if you're trying to sleep). These are more personal preference, but thought I'd mention them.

The house was very clean, the owner was very quick to respond when we had questions, the area around the house was quiet and full of wildlife; we saw deer, turkeys, pheasant, and a variety of birds. We choose the house due to the area, we did the Bourbon trail and it was within 25-30 minutes to all the distilleries. We are already planning on our next trip and plan to book this house again. Highly recommend!!

Our stay was amazing! Beautiful porch for sitting outside on a rainy Kentucky night in late spring. The spa was delightful as well when it was raining. We stayed with our daughter and son in law, we look forward to bringing friends with us in the future.
