Comfy, Quiet Studio in Central Hove with Free on-site Parking.

Perfectly serviceable, but nothing exciting. We booked this because it was situated in a convenient location for our needs. It is fairly central, and the neighbourhood is good. The property itself is fine, but quite bare. It was clean, which is important, but I wouldn't describe it as cosy. Limited number of towels. The kitchen had recently been done up, and looked nice, but we didn't have a need for it. We had the misfortune to stay there during bad weather in winter, which I can hardly blame the host for! But it highlighted how much street and wind noise filters through the rattly, single-glazed windows. Mercifully, the heating is solid, so we weren't cold. The parking situation is a bit misleading. There is on-site parking, but it's not guaranteed that you'll get a spot. The alternative is finding (paid) parking on the street, which can be difficult. We'd asked for clarification on this shortly before we arrived, but the host never responded. After the first message with instructions on how to get into the flat, we didn't hear from them at all. This property might work better for a mid-length stay, where you can add touches of homeliness to the studio.
