Wanting to relax with the family? Escape for some peace and quiet? Enjoy a break with friends? Or simply need a cosy but stylish place to stay while on business? This apartment has something to offer everyone!
Located in Clarks Beach, just a 50 minute drive from Auckland CBD, the downstairs floor of this newly renovated house has indoor, outdoor flow and a spacious open plan, living and dining room. This downstairs apartment has beautiful views across the harbour to the city lights at night.
The space
The master bedroom with personal ensuite opens out onto the main front deck via a stacker door. Watch the tidal water ebb and flow from the comfort of bed and the city lights glittering on the horizon at night.
A smaller second bedroom, has a private ranch slider and easy access to the second bathroom. Access to the laundry is through a set of bifold doors in this bathroom.
The functional kitchen has lots of storage and views out the window to the sea. A breakfast bar allows for the cook to be kept company while they work or for a quick breakfast on the run.
The open plan dining area is close to the kitchen and has a gas fire for winter heating and ambience.
There is a spacious lounge with couch and a bean bag to chill and take in the view or watch a little TV. Access to the front deck and lawn is via the large stacker doors in the lounge and creates the perfect indoor, outdoor flow.
Guest access
While here guests have access to two car parking spaces. One car park space in the garage and another carpark space in the drive way. Shared access with the upstairs apartment guests of the garage, front door and foyer areas.

This apartment is located downstairs on the bottom floor. The downstairs apartment is accessible via the internal staircase and is completely self contained, lockable and alarmed independently of the upstairs apartment.
