About this villa rental
A 7-minute walk from Binibeca beach and its Chilinquito, the house built on the hillside is on 3 levels plus a rooftop serving as a belvedere opening onto a 360° view between sea and countryside.
The villa consists of an open kitchen overlooking the living room, 4 functional and air-conditioned double bedrooms (including an independent master suite with its shower room and TV room), plus 2 bathrooms.
In addition, the house benefits from a very large terrace of 25m long with a swimming pool of 11 X 6m not overlooked and quiet as well as various terraces under cover or shaded under the mulberry trees.
The pool is not secure and is only suitable for young children in the presence of supervising adults. The pool is maintained by staff.
Bakery, grocery stores, the PAUPA BAR in Cala Torret and restaurants such as the BAMBU in Binibeca Vell are a 10-minute walk away. The same goes for the diving and kayaking club. A car is recommended to visit the island, but not mandatory, if you stay in the Binibeca area. The bus down the street will take you easily to Mahon and for night outs the taxi is a solution.
The airport is only a 20 minute drive from the house, 15' from Mahon and 10' from the village of St Luis.
