Cozy Niantic Waterfront Home w/Dock! Minutes from Mystic, Restaurants & Beaches!

Great home to stay in. Communication with owner was above and beyond what I expected. Home is clean and has a great lay out.

Beautifully remodeled house. I wanted a place a little closer to mystic, about 20 minutes but the drive wasn’t too bad.

We rented this home for a family visit, and it couldn’t have been better. It was perfect for our group of five—three adult children and two parents. The house was beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The peaceful setting was ideal, and my brother in law especially loved working remotely from the dining table with its view of the river. Our host was exceptional—kind, responsive, and made everything seamless from booking to checkout. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this home.

Beautifully furnished and quaintly decorated new home boasting hardly - if ever - used appliances and rooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the living area is very comfortable, equipped with numerous AC units and fans. The house is stocked with ample paper and cleaning essentials and bathroom basics for the entire stay. The kitchen, however, was lacking some common tools such as a can opener, bottle opener, measuring spoons / cups, or baking dishes of any kind. The backyard has great potential with direct access to a small cove at the top of the Niantic River. Charming towns abound within fifteen minutes of the house. Overall, a nice relaxing stay after a couple of visits to the store.
