Coastal Connecticut Retreat

We were impressed with the number of amenities, groceries/snacks, towels, washcloths, and every other "just in case" items. We enjoyed the fact that we could cook absolutely anything, given the well-appointed kitchen. It's as though you thought of everything! We also enjoy being in a house with artwork and being so close to the beach.

I took my wife, myself, my son and daughter-in-law, along with 3 grandchildren to stay in Sarah's beach house. The accomodations were amazing. She had a completely supplied kitchen, laundry room, games, etc. All of us enjoyed our time there very much. Next year we would like to rent the house again, but this time for a week. The beach was gorgeous and the kids had a ball swimming there. Sarah was a great host and I can't say enough about the house. Jeff Pagano

This house was a really a great find for us after looking for a short little getaway from NYC! the rooms were clean , beds were actually comfortable, and it was nice and cozy even though it was 29 degrees the entire wknd we were there! we were also pleasantly surprised at how STOCKED the kitchen was!!! We were still social distancing and did all the cooking in house - but they had everything , from whisks, to tupperware for leftovers, and plenty of pots and pans for all the dishes we wanted to make!also loved that the beach was literally down the block , even though it was cold and winter, we were able to just do a short little walk with the kids to do some beach side shell exploration! ( all the kids were under 6. ) its also a short drive (10 mins) into main street for the niantic childrens museum and some of the shops and restaurants there. all in all, it was a wonderful stay - i wish we booked it earlier so we could also snag a summertime slot at this home!
