The space
Access will be available to the entire home, including a private yard with gazebo and firepit to enjoy the beautiful Albuquerque evenings. Parking space includes garage access, as well as driveway access and also includes off street parking.
Our home is situated in a quiet neighborhood that offers easy access to a variety of amenities. You'll find a plethora of coffee shops, restaurants, and essential conveniences nearby, as well as an abundance of hiking trails that are perfect for exploring the area's natural beauty.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, while the direct access to the private yard allows you to easily transition from indoor to outdoor living.
4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms provide plenty of space for the entire family, easily accommodating up to 8 guests.

The Kitchen
Our kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It features a full-size oven as well as a full-size fridge/freezer with filtered water and an icemaker and an additional fridge/freezer in the garage. You'll find all the cooking essentials you need, including pots, pans, a crockpot, toaster, microwave, serving dishes, cooking utensils, spices, and more. We've also provided plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee cups, and all the other essentials. With ample storage space and a well-arranged layout, you'll feel right at home in our kitchen.
Other Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. We kindly remind you that a $250 additional cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We ask that all guests respect and observe this rule.
- For your convenience, a vacuum is available in the hallway closet room.
- Please keep the common areas clean and dispose of any trash properly
- Please lock ONLY the front door deadbolt and back slider door. The other handles should remain unlocked.
- When checking out, kindly leave the garage door remotes on the kitchen counter. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee per remote.
- All provided amenities such as towels and soap must remain inside the property.
- If applicable, please take out the trash and recycling bins to the street curb on Friday morning.

The location was great! It's a safe area with no through traffic. Stores, gas stations, coffee, and food are all relatively close.
The place itself was nice. Although there were a few concerning issues we faced upon arrival, the host was quick to respond. Some of the problems we faced were the kitchen sink being half broken (no hot water), dishes being put away but still quite dirty, facial hair clippings being left on the sink in bedroom #1, an open package of crackers being left in one of the dresser drawers, and the mattress frame in room #1 was pieced together using a few slats of cheap wood that were duct taped in multiple segments (they've obviously been broken before).
Other than those things, everything else was great. It was nice to have access to using the garage, as well. However, it's worth mentioning that there aren't any smoke detectors in the main downstairs living area.
