Location, Location, Location… house is located In the Arlington Entertainment Distirct which is walking distance to AT&T Stadium (approx 14 min). Also near Globe Life where the Rangers play. Plus University of Texas at Arlington is near by. Added bonus is the character of this 1950’s remodeled home in Old Town Arlington.
Step inside to Daydreams on Elm Street and enjoy 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms and an upgraded kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone with a 2nd living rooms that includes an 85 inch tv in one and a 75 inch TV in the other. A well appointed deck with both a Traeger Grill and a propane gas grill. We recently added a fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment.

This is a beautiful house, in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of parking. We loved the large front porch that was cool and shaded by trees all day, and the back yard is wonderful, with a huge fire pit. Every room is remodeled and decorated beautifully. The host supplied everything. This was the best VRBO experience we’ve had!!

Property is well appointed and very nicely decorated. The owner is very quick to respond and informative. If you are heading to AT&T or the Rangers stadium, this is the place to stay. Nice restaurants within a short walking distance. We would definitely stay at this property when visiting the Arlington or Fort Worth area. The Texas Live area by the stadium is a fun place to visit and eat and drink. Also, head to Ft. Worth Stockyards!
