About this house rental
Welcome home to this newly renovated, spacious, backyard haven! This home is in the heart of the Arlington Entertainment district and is just one short mile away from AT&T stadium making it the perfect place for sports fans, concert-goers, and event attendees alike! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open concept kitchen/living/dining space including stainless-steel appliances, and a washer and dryer. Perfect for any occasion, whether you're in town for please or work!

HOST Rules
1. Absolutely no smoking. ($500 Smoking Fee for violations)
2. No illicit drugs and/or drug use allowed on or inside the property. $500 Smoking Fee - If there is evidence that smoking or other drugs were in the property there will be a fine.
3. No parties or events.
4. I ask that you respect my neighbors’ privacy and monitor noise levels after 9pm.
5. Checkout by 10am.
6. While there is thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, I kindly ask you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper prior to leaving.
7. Report any accidents. I understand that accidents happen, but I ask that you please make me aware if/when they do.
8. Do not interfere with the other Unit's Guest. Keep back gate closed.
9. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET ON GAMES DAYS! (CARS WILL BE TOWED)
10. Pets are permitted under the following conditions;
1. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after pets, both in the yard and in the house (fur, etc.).
2. Pets must be safely kenneled when home alone.
3. Pets are strictly not permitted to be on any furniture.
4. At check out, if the property owner deems there is an excessive pet fur or evidence that the pets were on furniture, there will consequently be an additional service cleaning fee of $100.
5. $250 Pet Violation Fee - If there is evidence that a pet(s) were in the property with the pet fee being paid prior, there will be a $250 fee.

As soon as you pull up and walk in you feel like you are home. The home is very cozy and homey with a good layout. There is plenty close buy. If ever back in Arlington, we will definitely check to see if this place is available.

We chose to stay at this property the weekend we moved our daughter into her dorm at UTA. The neighborhood felt safe and the University was very close. We loved the fenced backyard for our small dog. The house is nice and had more than enough space for our small family. We enjoyed that kcups were left for use along with sugar packets, we brought our own coffee creamer. We also liked that some ice and paper towels were available in the kitchen. Each bed had a towel with toiletries (washcloth, shampoo, conditioner) available for each guest. There are three bedrooms, a master, and two guest rooms. One guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other guest room has two full size beds, and then the master with a king. This is a nice property.

House is cute , clean. Check in process is simple. Code is sent to you, just prior to checking in. I sent a message with a question an hour later I was sent two different emails. I am sure auto generated to send prior to checking in. One email was about seeing if we wanted to extend our stay, the second message was about places to eat. My question wasn’t answered. It was a little frustrating traveling and checking for an answer to my question. Overall great place I would stay there again. Check out instructions on the counter were a tad different than the emailed checkout instructions, which we didn’t see till we left DFW.

We were overall extremely pleased with our stay. We were visiting to take our daughter to UTA for a campus tour. The location was spot on and the neighborhood was quiet. Our only issue was on our arrival a smoke alarm was going off due to a missing battery, but after contacting our host, a person arrived to take care of the issue within an hour. The person was very prompt and professional. We definitely recommend the property and would happily stay again when visiting our daughter at UTA.
