Quietly nestled amongst the rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves of Northern Dalmatia, this generous villa for 10 is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with groups of family or friends and is situated a 15-minute drive from the coast.
Ideal set up for outside living the property welcomes pets and enjoys a large pool, a sun terrace, a children\'s play area and a covered dining area complete with a BBQ – perfect for alfresco dining.
Inside, the spacious property enjoys an open-plan living area furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and a flatscreen satellite HDTV. This area also incorporates a generous dining area and kitchen equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.

The property is located in northern Dalmatia on the outskirts of the village of Tinj, (a 3-minute drive including the nearest supermarket) a 15-minute drive from the vibrant town of Biograd on the Adriatic coast. The region around Tinj is known for its wine production, with vineyards dotting the countryside. Visitors can visit the Agricultural cooperative Mašvina (a 4-minute drive away) to sample the local olive oil and wine.
Biograd is known for its beautiful beaches, rich history and maritime culture. The town attracts sun-seekers and water sports enthusiasts with its crystal-clear waters, sandy shores and amenities including beach bars and water sports rentals. Popular beaches include Drazica Beach (a 16-minute drive) and Bosana Beach (a 14-minute drive).
Biograd is also an excellent starting point for exploring nearby islands including Pasman, Ugljan, and Dugi Otok. Boat excursions and ferry services can be found at the Marina which is a 15-minute drive away.
The closest airport to the accommodation is Zadar Airport (ZAD) a 26-minute drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 1st of October 2025
