Located on the town's oldest residential street, this home is close to everything, but it's also hidden away in a peaceful spot among the trees. Nearby attractions include:

Power, water, and internet service are all working fine post-Helene and most of Waynesville is in good shape and OPEN as of November 2024! Please come and visit!
BEDROOMS:
Each bedroom has a full-size bed and closet, as well as a ceiling fan. The main bedroom has a 37-inch flat-screen TV with Roku streaming (with guest mode).
BATHROOM:
Bathroom has a tub/shower with grab bars. Body wash and shampoo are provided, as well as bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels.
KITCHEN:
Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, countertop ice maker, and a variety of pots, pans, & cooking and serving utensils for preparing meals. Coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided. Cooking oil, napkins, salt & pepper, and ketchup, mustard, & mayonnaise packets are also available.
LIVING ROOM:
Living room has a couch and loveseat, as well as a powered recliner/lift chair. There is a 40-inch flat screen Roku TV with guest mode, so you can log in to your personal streaming service accounts and the TV will automatically log you out on your check out date.

This place is just right for 2 to 4 people. It was nice to get the bikes under the car port. I would stay there again if we are in the area.

This cottage is in a perfect location that was quiet but had neighbors in case of emergency. It's also ideal for handicapped with a ramp for wheel chairs. For their daily rate, it's a great place to stay in Waynesville and area. We tried several restaurants and all the food was delicious. We throughly enjoyed our visit. Denise
