About this house rental
You will immediately feel at home in this townhouse with three bedrooms, three full baths and covered porches on the upper and lower levels. Accommodates 6 guests.
No motorcycles please!
LAYOUT
First floor: Garage, hall, guest bedroom and guest bathroom.
Second floor: Living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom, 2nd guest bedroom and 2nd guest bathroom, laundry room
BEDROOMS: the entry-level, tile floored bedroom has a California king size bed and a sliding door which exits on to the beautiful downstairs patio that has a native stone floor and the double swings. The master bedroom, which is upstairs, also has a California king size bed, huge walk-in closet, master bath with jetted tub and shower. Master bedroom's sliding door exits on the upstairs covered porch for stunning views of Balsam Mountain. The third bedroom with adjoining bathroom has a King size bed and one bunk bed along with plenty of closet space.
UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM AND DINING: This area features a wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, lovely solid cherry dining table and chairs and a small separate bar area. Sliding door from living room exits on the covered porch.
We do not provide free firewood.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen includes all wood cabinetry, electric oven range, refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, food processor, toaster, blender, electric kettle and crock pot.
OTHER FEATURES: Comfortable ground floor sitting room; gas grill on the porch; table and chairs for outdoor dining; plenty of wicker style chairs for outdoor seating; porch swing; high speed internet; cable TV.

LOCATION AND ATTRACTIONS: Our house is just minutes from downtown Waynesville and conveniently located about 3 minutes from the new Walmart Super Center in West Waynesville. Just across the street from the Grandview Lodge. We are twenty minutes from Maggie Valley and the Cataloochee Ski Area. Thirty five minutes west of Asheville and all of its attractions. About thirty minutes to the Cherokee Indian Reservation and Harrah’s Casino, and the Sequoyah National Golf Course.
Take advantage of Allens Creek Park, which is located 15 minutes away walking or 3 minutes driving from our rental property. While surrounded by beautiful mountains, this park provides four multipurpose fields and a paved .4 mile walking path. Also included is a concession stand, restroom facility, paved parking, and playground.

This home is beautiful and was perfect for our needs. King beds in every room! We could have cooked a feast with all of the kitchen items on hand and there was plenty of room for our whole family. We’ll be back!

Fine property, nice view, good communication with owner EXCEPT it’s listed as 0.1 mi from City Center.Actually more like 3 miles. In application message, asked to confirm city center location - was not addressed in confirmation reply. Again, property not as advertised as located in middle of town. Owner needs to correct that on first search page AND detail map in listing. Would never have chosen this location!
