About this house rental
An oasis where families and friends come together to spend quality time and create memories. This beautiful property is located just outside of Water Street entertainment district in Henderson, Nevada. Just a short drive from the fabulous Las Vegas Strip and minutes from Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The property boasts 2.5 bedrooms with 4 beds and two full bathrooms. The outside is beautifully landscaped for you and your family to enjoy while enjoying everything Las Vegas has to offer!
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed. The second bedroom also has secluded area with two single beds perfect for single adults or children. The living space has a sunken living room that doubles as a theater room and a wet bar. The 2nd living room boasts a beautiful dining table couches and television area. A game room with family board games and hockey table is located just before you enter the beautifully landscaped backyard for adults and children to play!
Guests have full access to the property including the garage. There is a 2nd garage that is locked for storage.
Property manager is available from 8am-11pm and 24hrs for emergencies.
Quiet residential neighborhood
Onsite parking in garage, driveway, or street.
Property is located in a quiet neighborhood so no parties or get togethers allowed. This includes birthday parties, baby showers, weddings etc.
Max guests allowed is 6
Quiet hours are 10pm-9am
No Smoking of any kind! Evidence of smoking is subject to a $500 fine
Pets allowed with prior approval of owner. Pet fee of $150 must be paid prior to arrival.
No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.
Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $200.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items
5. Front entrance monitored by ring doorbell camera for guests security
6. A fully refundable $250 Damage hold with be authorized on day of check in. Please be sure to have the $250 available in your account for the hold, failed holds may result in a delayed check in. The hold will be released 3-5 business days after check out as long as there are no damages.

We had a great Thanksgiving in this house! Very cozy and homey, the host Anthony was very responsive and great. The house has a cozy warm farm feel to it, VERY VERY QUIET!!!!

Quick family trip to do some rock climbing, shooting and Jui Jitsu with our oldest who is a ranger at Hoover Dam. Easy access on/off freeway yet quiet, family friendly neighborhood.

The location was perfect! We enjoyed having lunch outside while the hummingbirds came and perched close by. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Were able to park our GTO in the garage. We had our signing for our new house at this location and it helped us to start our future here in Henderson, NV. Very comfortable!
