Your ultimate Las Vegas vacation awaits at this 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental house with 1,505 sq feet of living space. The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is via keypad, so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) The lock is connected to Wifi and changes with every guest for added security.
We have Ring doorbell camera on the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail.
This property operates in compliance with state and local law. It is not a time share. We use this online platform/portal for scheduling and booking of this property on a first come first serve basis.

— Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 24 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day.
Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
- Our pool maintenance person comes every Monday.
House Rules we would ask kindly for you to follow.
- No smoking inside, (outdoors is ok). Please discard any and all cigarette butts.
-No Eating, on the beds or furniture.
Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $190.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property or pool area.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, missing items or additional cleaning.

Guests must agree to the following before using the pool:
1. No kids under the age of 16 can swim without adult supervision.
2. You must keep all gates to the pool area closed at all times.
3. No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
3. No running, diving, flips or horse play of any kind is allowed.
4. If you swim at night please use the pool light and be quiet (9pm - 8am) to respect the neighbors.
5. Pool light switch is located in next to the pool pump and filter.
6. We ask that if you turn the pool light on please turn if off when you are finished
7. If you notice any pool problems please do not swim at all and notify us immediately so that we can address it.
8. Please do not use the inside towels (Brown Towels)for swimming. Please only use the pool towels. They are located in the laundry room.
9. If there is an emergency, please dial 911 immediately.
Guest(s) understand that hosts/homeowners will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests for using the pool of any kind. Under no circumstances will guests hold the owners or host of this Airbnb/vacation rental responsible for any injuries, damages or claims of any kind resulting from using the pool or staying. This agreement and disclaimer applies to all guests in the Renters’ party. Renters are fully responsible for any and all additional guests who come on the property when they are renting it. This disclaimer was acknowledged and agreed upon prior to booking this home through Airbnb.

The house is as described. Only issue was I had submitted a question about a possible early check in and did not receive an answer only a generic check in response. There was standing water in the dishwasher that stank to high heaven but we ran a cycle through it and that cleared it up. The pool and hot tub worked without any issues whatsoever. All appliances worked without issue other then noted.

This is our second stay at this house. Location and cleanliness are excellent. A set of instructions printed out to turn on the pool heater would be helpful.

Overall the property was ok for what we were looking for. There are definitely some areas that need attention. This property is clearly just an investment property that is one of many the owner has. It has just enough to get it rented but I feel it is missing all the details that would make people want to rent again.
PROS: great pool which was heated to 85 (almost felt like a hot tub), beds were comfortable, large master bedroom, great AC that worked really well, comfortable beds, and Roku TVs in every room was really nice!
CONS: the furniture wasn’t very comfortable in the living room with the TV so lounging to watch TV wasn’t the best. There wasn’t a garbage in the master bathroom, some of the towels were dirty, and the home desperately needs a deep cleaning. There was an old used bandaid found behind the couch on the windowsill, the blinds behind the kitchen sink had old food on them, one of the walls in the bedroom had something spilled running down it. The master bathroom had a used hair tie sitting in the windowsill. And when we first arrived I put my 10 month old in his walker and let him run around the house and after about 10 min I noticed his feet were completely black. So we had to wear sandals on the hardwood floors during our stay because the floors were so dirty. Furniture on back patio could also use an update.
With a little bit of attention this could be a great property! Like I said above it’s just missing the attention to detail!
