About this house rental
Our cottage is part of an old stone farmhouse, renovated, offering 3 independent dwellings. Facing south, facing the Pyrenees, this farmhouse opens onto a green and wooded garden, with a swimming pool.
The gîtes can be rented separately to accommodate 4 to 6 people (thanks to the extra bed and the convertible bench) or as a whole for 12 to 18 people.
Located on the edge of a historic village overlooking the Lauragais plain, our cottage offers a picturesque view of the Pyrenees and the Montagne Noire.
Close to the medieval cities of Mirepoix and Carcassonne, as well as the Canal du Midi (Naurouze threshold - watershed - and Castelnaudary basin), 1km from the Way of St Jacques de Compostela (Pyrenean Piedmont Way - GR78), this beautiful region will enchant you.
Our cottage "Coquelicot" (85 m2) is composed as follows:

1 double bedroom (bed 140) with shower room (shower and toilet)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
1 extra bed on the landing (desk)
- on the first floor:
1 large living room with open kitchen
1 1-seater convertible bench seat
and a bathroom (shower and toilet)
Table tennis, badminton, trampoline and cot available.
Parking secured by an automatic gate.
The cottage has a barbecue and private terrace overlooking its south-facing garden and access to the swimming pool to be shared with the other 2 cottages.
In the evening, you can admire the stars, without stray light!
