L’appartement est énorme, super propre. Une salle de douche et une salle de bain, très pratique quand on voyage en famille. La vue sur la mer depuis le salon et les chambres est super agréable. Les propriétaires étaient disponibles et super gentils, de bons conseil aussi! La situation géographique de l’appartement était top aussi. Parking sous terrain dans l’immeuble! Etc, etc.
Prévoir du cash pour payer le logement et des boules quies car quelques hommes font du rodéo et des courses de voitures dans la rue en bas de l’immeuble, mais à minuit au plus tard, ça finit.

Nice host - who guided us to the supermarket especially to the wine shop for Tunisian local wine. The house is large and clean, all facilities are easy to use. It is in good condition. Private garage parking ( very secure) Good location, near the supermarket and lots of cafeteria restaurants, along La Marsa beach, just 1.5 - 2 miles from the sidi bou said, 20 minutes to the airport.

La ubicación muy buena, justo enfrente de la playa de la marsa y caminando encuentras muchos cafés y restaurantes. Nosotros teníamos vehículo, pero la estación del metro está a 2 min caminando. Las instalaciones estaban bonitas, las terrazas con vistas muy lindas y el departamento muy amplio.
Nos cobraron unos impuestos que desconocíamos teníamos que pagar. El departamento podría tener un poco mas de mantenimiento, dos de los cuartos no funcionaron los a/c la primera noche, no se pudo dormir porque había mucho calor, pero al día siguiente fueron a repararlo y funcionó mucho mejor! Deben saber que el pago lo piden en efectivo.
