- The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms. One of them has a small private balcony, where you can get some fresh air or have a coffee while looking out over the rooftops and surrounding greenery. - The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower. - Practical storage is available in all rooms for your belongings. - The kitchen is functional and well-equipped, should you wish to cook during your stay. Nearby amenities: - Grocery stores, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. - Pharmacies and small shops in the village. Transportation: - The TGM train station is a few minutes away. on foot, to easily reach Carthage, La Marsa, Tunis or Gammarth. Staying here means enjoying the gentle pace of life in Sidi Bou Said, between heritage, nature and authenticity. - Check-in: Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM using a secure key box. You will receive all instructions before your arrival. HOUSE RULES: A €30 supplement will be charged if you leave the apartment after the permitted time. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, and cigarette butts must not be left inside. Failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning fee. - An extra key is available for a supplement of €10. A deposit will be required for this key. - In case of loss of key, replacement fees may range from €40 to €80 depending on the type of key lost. - Loss of visitor card: €30. - Doors and windows must be locked before your departure, and the key returned to the key box. - Pets are not allowed, except with prior agreement. - We ask that you respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If this rule is not respected, a fee equivalent to the deposit may be charged.
