Le logement est très charmant, très bien placé (à proximité du vieux Lecce et sur une petite place très calme). Le lit est très confortable et c’est propre. Hôte agréable et arrangeant ; arrivée en autonomie Équipements : fer à repasser, minimum pour cuisiner

Beaucoup d’humidité et peu de luminosité (impossible de faire sécher du linge et les serviettes de douche). Le logement est adjacent à une autre location et la séparation est faite par une porte. Bien que celle-ci soit condamnée, on entend les allers et venues de l’autre logement. Nous avons malheureusement eu des cafards / blattes dans le logement (à cause d’une invasion dans le centre de Lecce)

This accommodation is in a great location, close to restaurants, the main shopping streets, and within walking distance of the cathedral and other major attractions in Lecce. The place itself is very unique. It is part of a former church building, and you can really feel its historic character. The biggest surprise was entering directly from the street into the room, where a glass floor reveals ancient underground church crypts beneath—it creates an unforgettable first impression. As you enter, you first step into a small but beautifully designed kitchenette with a stone sink. Although we didn't use it, it was very well equipped with nice dishes, cutlery, a moka coffee maker, and a kettle—everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The room is quite small but well designed, comfortable, and very stylish. The bathroom is also beautifully decorated, with a stone sink. Just be careful when standing up from the toilet because of the low stone arch above it. Everything we needed was provided. Communication with the host was entirely through WhatsApp, and the keys were collected from a lockbox outside using a code. At check-out, we simply left the tourist tax (€2 per person) in the room as instructed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for a one-night visit. It's stylish, unique, and perfectly located for exploring Lecce.

The room could have been a little bigger, but we understand that's simply part of the building's character. The only real issue we had was with the air conditioning. Shortly after turning it on, it stopped working and displayed an error message. We contacted the host via WhatsApp, and they responded very quickly, saying they could fix it remotely. When we returned later, it seemed to be working again, but after a while the same error appeared. Fortunately, the fan mode still worked, and since we both prefer warmer temperatures anyway, it wasn't a major problem for us. We didn't report it again because we were only staying one night and it wasn't worth bothering the host. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay.
