TERRA DI SUD Matera - Free secure parking

The apartment is very well located only a few steps from Matera historic center, with secure parking and in a safe residential neighbourhood. The owner let us park as early as 11AM and let us check in 30 minutes before 15:00 and this was highly appreciated. It was clean and looked nice and was as described in the description with two small exceptions: 1-The apartment was described as having air conditioning and for two menopausal women this is a key and important amenity but when we asked the owner she stated “do you feel hot???” and confirmed she had removed the remote controls stating she felt we didn’t need them, it’s not her decision make. 2-The kitchen item described in Booking indicated a stovetop but this is false as it was an external induction hot plate. Per Gemini there is a difference “as a stove top is a built-in kitchen appliance designed to be permanently installed into a kitchen counter or integrated as part of a full-size range (with an oven underneath). It is wired into your home’s main electrical circuit. A Hot Plate is a portable, standalone appliance. It simply plugs into a standard wall outlet, meaning you can place it on any stable countertop, tabletop, or take it on the go”. Nevertheless I am still rating the apartment a fair grade as overall it was pretty good and well located.

The owner removing the AC remote controls when apartment clearly stated it was air conditioned.

Amplasare foarte buna, circa 15 min de Centro istorico, aproape si de magazine si restaurante cu preturi rezonabile, loc de parcare privat si sigur, comunicare operativa cu gazda.

Absolument tout. Emplacement très proche du centre ville à pied - commodités dans l’appartement - sécurité avec porte blindée et place de parking privé - literie excellente - appartement très propre - café et croissants à disposition - décoration très zen

Absence d’ascenseur dans l’immeuble

Appartement très bien équipé Bien situé à 10 min du centre ville Facilité d’accès et place de parking sont un plus

Probablement d’insonorisation avec l’appartement d’à côté , on entends beaucoup les voisins
