Super!

The apartment was large, clean and air conditioning in both bedrooms. In the living room with kitchen there was a beautiful balcony with a view of the avenue and the sea. A secure und covered parking garage 100 m from the apartment. A supermarket and the public beach just across the street. The host is very kind and attentive. We would definitely recommend the apartment!

Beautiful apartment. The owner – Gabriele - was incredibly responsive. Very comfortable apartment, with some nice stylish touches. Renovated. Modern quality appliances. There's a great supermarket directly opposite the apartment! We really enjoyed our stay.

Elevator for building was malfunctioning at time of our arrival (Apparently 1st time it has happened). However, it did work for the remainder of our stay. Since apartment is 3 1/2 flights up, this made it quite inconvenient getting our luggage up to the apartment. Aircon units in bedrooms only. Plus, there is a floor standing fan in the living room.

We rented this appartment on the way from Tuscany to France just for one night. The appt was conviniently located aside from citycenter, close to the exit to the motorway

Good and bad

Sea view. Equipment kitchen. Great bedroom with a large and comfortable bed.

1 Normally check in is at 12:00-14:00 and checkout is at 12:00. Some places at 11:00. So it’s really bad practice to request check in at 16:00 and check out at 10:00. Its paying for an apartment and not getting the chance to use it. 2. Very low quality towels. What kind of towels are they? 3. No boiling hot water at the shower. Showing itself is great. Water are not warm enough 4. No parking spot at the building so we had to park the car quite far and carry all luggage 5. There was noise from the neighbors and we couldn’t sleep. Owner offered to pay the city tax for us because of the noise and then changed his mind. He also offered us check in at 2pm and check out at 11am, which is the norm in other properties in this area. Regarding the city tax, they don’t send a payment link but ask for cash. We almost never have or use cash. No one uses cash these days. Only cards. 6. Apartment has great view but it’s not in the beach. Its not a beach front apartment.

Really spacious place close to beach and shops.

Location is the best - near Lidl and Supermercato close to the beach and more calm area of Savona. The owner was really available for the guests in case of any needs - definitely recommended this place for vacation stay at Savona.

Große, saubere Wohnung für einen Stop-Over, aber nicht mehr.

Der Check-In wird komplett online erledigt, etwas umständlich, bis die Ausweise und Selfies gescannt sind, aber ok. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, direkt an der Hauptstraße, gegenüber einem Supermarkt mit dem entsprechenden Parkplatz. Die Gegend erinnert ein bisschen an ein heruntergekommenes Gewerbegebiet, viele verlassene oder renovierungsbedürftige Gebäude. Wenn man endlich das Fahrzeug geparkt hat, mit diversen Codes und Schlüssel versehen, die Wohnung gefunden hat findet man eine geräumige und saubere Wohnung vor. Wohnküche und zwei Schlafzimmer, renoviert, modern mit dem Nötigsten eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr dürftig. Es wird zwar mit 5 Betten geworben, aber mehr al s jeweils 4 Teller sind nicht vorhanden, das Kochen mit der Familie oder einer Gruppe würde sich eher schwierig gestalten. Auf dem winzigen Balkon direkt an der Hauptstraße gibt es kaum Platz zum Frühstücken, geschweige denn für einen Tisch für 4 Personen. Den versprochenen Meerblick gibt es zwar, aber eben auf die Hauptstraße, den Supermarkt und den Parkplatz im Vordergrund, im Hintergrund dann der Industriehafen. Wie verschiedentlich in den Kommentaren erwähnt, ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Den Fernseher der Nachbarn hört man bis spät in die Nacht, und dann ab 06:00 wieder. Ist aber insofern nicht schlimm, wenn die Nachbarn leise sind, hört man eben den Straßenlärm der Hauptstraße, Schlafen bei offenem Fenster, eher Fehlanzeige. Die überwiegend positiven Bewertungen kommen wohl zustande, dass der Vermieter nach der Abreise explizit um eine gute Bewertung bei booking.com gebeten hat. Er hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, daher sind wohl viele der Aufforderung gefolgt. Ohne diese guten Bewertungen, hätten wir die Wohnung vermutlich nicht gebucht, für einen Stop-Over OK, aber mehr auch nicht.

Soggiorno super a Savona

Posizione perfetta per il mare , a soli 50 metri, ottimo anche per raggiungere il centro città passeggiando sul lungomare. Supermercato , centro estetici, supermercati Bio. Spiaggia sia libera che privata a pochi metri. Wi-Fi gratuito , parcheggio incluso stanze climatizzate e appartamento grande e dotato di ogni comfort . Ideale per famiglie copie e Smart workers.

Sauber und sehr nah zum Strand

Top Lage, nur 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und enthält alles was man benötigt. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Klimaanlagen was super ist und die Betten sind sehr bequem! Der Gastgeber ist zuverlässig und immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank!

Eens maar nooit weer.

Keuken, slaapkamer en badkamer zijn ok. De host deed zijn uiterste best om je te informeren en te helpen. Helaas erg chaotisch. Nog nooit meegemaakt dat ik voor aankomst 12 berichten heb ontvangen over de entree, de sleutels, de parkeerplaatsen etc.

Appartement ligt op 3e verdieping en wordt gepositioneerd als toplocatie aan het strand. Niets is minder waar. Van het strand zie je niets. Wel een stukje zee maar dan kijk je direct op een industrieterrein en vrachtschepen. Er is geen enkel groen in de buurt. Je kan je hond niet uitlaten. De omgeving is verpauperd en zoals wij in Nederland zeggen: hier wil je nog niet dood gevonden worden. Diverse gebouwen staan op instorten. Het lawaai van het verkeer is enorm en gaat 24/7 door. Op het mini balkon kan je niet buiten zitten door de warmte en het lawaai. Kortom. Italië op z’n slechtst. Kan de host niet veel aan doen. Zelf niet goed uitgezocht. Heb grote vraagtekens bij alle positieve beoordelingen. Dit kan gewoon niet kloppen. Daarnaast was het gebouw onveilig, geen emegency trappen. 5 verschillende sleutels of codes. De lift moest weer apart bereikt worden met sleutels en hekken. Onmogelijk om apart de deur uit te gaan ivm maar 1 sleutelstellingen. Alleen airco in de slaapkamer etc. En tenslotte € 20 per nacht voor een hond vragen is bizar.

La localisation proche de la plage et l'espace de l'appartement très bien équipé avec des petites attentions

le parking, un peu compliqué nous avions une grosse voiture et le parking public était complet car beaucoup de monde à la plage mais Gabriele a été très réactif et nous a trouvé une solution rapidement
