Die Wohnung, die Lage, Ausstattung.
Das Schwalbennest auf dem Balkon hat schon gestört. Viel Kot, man konnte draußen kaum sitzen. Man könnte einen Schutz auf die Lampen setzen, damit ein Nest gar nicht erst gebaut werden kann, wie es zb in anderen Wohnungen gemacht wird. Wir hätten gerne abends auf dem Balkon gesessen, statt in der Wohnung.

Мы в этом комплексе уже второй раз и первый у этого хозяина. Квартира новая, всё чистое, приятно. Всё работает. Своя личная подземная парковка, но достаточно места и на улице. Интернет нормальный. Довольно тихо. В этот раз оказалось что в бассейн может быть очередь и нужно некоторое время ждать. Одни уходят - другие заходят. Ажиотаж примерно после 17:00 часов. Заселение и выселение бесконтактное, понятные инструкции получаете перед заселением. Нам разрешили заехать чуть раньше и уехать очень рано утром.
Нет ничего что не понравилось, но было бы идеально если добавить несколько таблеток для посудомоечной и стиральной машины. Не должно быть, но было бы приятно, особенно для тех кто на короткий срок.

Zarówno apartament jak i obiekt, spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Całość oferty była zgodna z opisem a strefa basenowa i zagospodarowanie części wspólnych zapewnia możliwość miłego spędzenia czasu w obiekcie w razie niepogody. Blisko plaży i ścieżek rowerowych. Spędziliśmy bardzo udane wakacje.

Lage in Strandnäge, Sauberkeit, Badelandschaft, Ruhe durch massive Bauweise und Appartement mit Blick Richtung Meer abseits der Straße.
Lediglich der Geruch von Dünger für die Felder war teilweise etwas störend.
