Location is great only 5-10min from the heart of Cannes, and the apartment is big with lots of space for a family and all the basic facilities like a washing machine (slightly too loud) and dishwasher to make life easy. The air conditioners were life savers after a long hot day outside. The hostess Sophie is excellent and very friendly and helpful. We had a problem for the building one night and she was very supportive to resolve it. The balcony is large and spacious.
Some small items are broken and the property is not so well maintained such as cupboard/drawer handles. It needs a thorough clean, walking around our feet got dirty and I had to wipe down the sofa to feel ok with my toddler on it. Very little dishwashing soap was left so I bought some and we had to buy kitchen rolls and toilet paper, one roll of toilet paper was not enough for a family for a week.
