Me gustó que las habitaciones son espaciosas en especial la principal. El aseo estaba muy bien. La ubicación no era céntrica pero con mucha facilidad de transporte, supermercados y farmacia cerca. El personal es muy atento y servicial.

Tuvimos un inconveniente con el control remoto de los televisores ya que uno no servía, pero lo solucionaron al día siguiente. Pasó lo mismo con los controles del aire acondicionado, solo uno servía pero al menos funcionaba para controlar los dos aires. La electricidad se iba cuando se conectaba el planchador de ropa sin embargo se solucionaba rápido solo con volver a subir el bracket.

Location is good, there is a tram that stops if front of the building and rides you downtown in 20 minute. There is a good equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Bathroom and shower are new and clean. Smooth communication with the owner even if in the weekend they don't respond on whatsapp messages.

Take your time well in advance (even one day before arrival) to fill in the online checkin procedure as you need to manually insert in a form all the data from you passports, then pay online the city tax and receive confirmation, otherwise you won't get the code of the key box even if you payed the room. I requested "early" check in at 14 pm, it was approved, but when I arrived, two guys were in the room, still preparing it. The expandable sofa is shabby, it creaks very loud when you move (and I have 60 Kg).

Great location, close to the city centre and public transport. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was good and the stay was pleasant overall.

The luggage storage information could have been clearer, but overall everything was fine.

Ons verblijf in dit appartement in Milaan was werkelijk fantastisch en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! De communicatie met de host verliep vanaf het begin zeer vlot: snel, duidelijk en bijzonder vriendelijk. Dat gaf meteen een goed gevoel nog vóór onze aankomst. Het appartement zelf voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Alles was netjes, verzorgd en zoals beschreven. Bovendien ligt het in een mooi, pittoresk kader dat het verblijf extra charmant maakt. We hebben er een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad en voelden ons meteen welkom. Een absolute aanrader voor wie Milaan bezoekt. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf!
