Thoroughly enjoyed our family stay with the interconnecting rooms and well-equipped kitchenette. Kitchenette utensils and cooking tools were very well kept and prepared. Location was so-so, situated along a quiet street and decently walkable though we still used the car to get groceries due to the cold weather/drizzle. Place was really modern, clean and spacious.
However, I was unaware that checkin was virtual (i.e., no front desk) until we reached the accomodation and read a notice pasted in the carpark. Apparently they will send a code for your room to check in at 4pm so we went for a short hike to pass the time. But at 4.20pm I still did not receive a code so I called the helpdesk. They did not pick up twice but called me back and I received the check in email at 4.34pm. I completed the online check in but still did not receive the code.. Called them twice again and finally got the codes to both rooms at 5.07pm. I strongly suggest that they send the check in email earlier in the day and unprompted by the customer as the virtual check in ironically delayed our plans though I suppose it's meant to be more convenient. I have faith they can improve this system, but other than this everything else during our stay was great :)

Great little spot to stay with a full kitchen, big bed & clean washroom.
To note:
- The bed was quite soft
- If light bothers you make sure to bring an eye mask for sleeping (lots of light leaking through window blinds and around door)
- the soundproofing is not great (could hear people in rooms beside us and across the street).

The micro suite we had was exceptional, the kitchen supplied with full quality appliances, cookware, cutlery, plates etc. The bed sheets and pillows 1st class. Huge closet to hang clothes and store luggage. The check in process is done online so I can't rate the staff as I never encountered any. There are storage facilities available, likely for skis and there is a hot tub which we didn't use so our rating is neutral. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would return again. One recommendation for management, have the door hinge on the fridge switched over as it should open towards the kitchen not away. You see, I really had to think hard of something which required improvement. Oh, and the TV reception was bad likely due to the Wi-Fi. But who needs TV right?
