Location was excellent for ourselves. Shop was conveniently across the road (which was quite busy). Off road parking was handy.
Mattresses were too soft, but then my family all prefer firm Mattresses. The light in the living room was ok for me, my husband and son banged their heads on it several times whilst getting up and sitting down.

Double bed very comfortable
Cleanliness. Dirty mugs and glasses, sofa under cushions had not been hoovered. Damp smell in lounge and had to spray perfume to disguise each time we came back
Needs a deep clean!
