Posizione ottima. Piscina e terrazza molto belle. Letti molto comodi. Una bella villetta

La terza camera si trova al piano piscina. E' collegata al resto della casa con una scala esterna. Non ha aria condizionata ed era estremamente calda. E' dotata di una pala al soffitto, che non era sufficiente. I gestori hanno provveduto a fornirci un ventilatore aggiuntivo che ha migliorato un po' la situazione, senza risolverla completamente. Il bagno aveva un cattivo odore. La cucina era piuttosto piccola

Excellent location, beautiful elevated views, short walk to the restaurants and shops. The property is an older one but was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and aircon in the bedrooms in the main villa. The villa was very well equipped but proper bowls and mugs would be a welcome addition please, us Brits like our large brews! (We borrowed some from a family member who lives nearby) The dishwasher and washing machine were very useful! There were a couple of minor issues when we arrived, which were rectified promptly by the lovely helpful ladies in the resort office.

Not really a Con as there’s nothing to dislike about Villa Maria, but I will mention the following to help future guests. The property is situated next to a little used public walkway, which wasn’t really an issue. However, some fencing or screening would be useful as members of the public can just access the rear of the property from the pathway if they wished. Son Bou is a safe resort, if it was the mainland I would be concerned about security. The downstairs room by the pool has a very small en-suite, my daughter and son-in-law used the shower in the main villa. If it was upgraded at any time perhaps a wet room would fit better? Again, not a huge issue, the room was clean and comfortable. There is no aircon in that particular room. I will mention the steps as my 88 year old father with mobility issues decided to visit with us, but anyone who knows Son Bou, knows that steep inclines and steps are part and parcel of the best locations . There are quite a few steps up to the villa but he managed with help. Bear this in mind if travelling with young children, supervise them at all times because of the steps. Also the deep end of the pool is by the path. Larger Bath sheets would have been good, the towels were small, but again, not a big issue.

De les 3 habitacions hi ha una que es la que esta separada de la casa que no te aire condicionat i quant fa calor no es pot dormir

L'emplacement parfait, calme, super vue sur la mer, plage toute proche à pied et la piscine divine ! Maison bien équipée, confort, climatisation et aération naturelle. Tout était parfait.

Juste un peu plus de vaisselle pour cuisiner pour 5/6 personnes, casseroles, saladiers
